Lauren commenced as the Northern Territory Director of PwC Indigenous Consulting (PIC) in May 2019, a national Indigenous profit-for-purpose organisation.

Prior to PIC Lauren was the CEO of Desert Knowledge Australia in Alice Springs, a not-for-profit delivering projects to support a sustainable desert and remote Australia.

Lauren’s career has largely been in telecommunications and digital innovation having spent more than 30 years with Telstra. She led the corporation’s Indigenous strategy delivering programs focused on digital inclusion, procurement, employment and cultural awareness. 

Lauren sits on a number of Boards including Chair of Telstra’s Indigenous Advisory Committee, Director of Kakadu Tourism, Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education and Indigenous Community Volunteers.

Lauren believes in ICV’s philosophy of making a difference in the right way, every day.
